 n Lerma, in the Province of Burgos, we recently opened (February 2006) this new restaurant.
 erma is a wonderful medieval town that certainly deserves a visit.
Located next to Highway N-1, 40 km from Burgos, our place is easily accessible from there.
 ur Restaurant-Grill is located inside the XVII Historical-Artistic complex characterized by the Herrenian styles, created by the First Duke of Lerma and the Marquis of Denia.
Inside the beautiful Main Plaza and next to the National Inn of Tourism, built above the Duke of Lerma’s Palace and inaugurated only a few years ago, is situated our tradicional Restaurant-Grill, in an incomparable setting for the delight of our visitors and regular clients.
 ere you will enjoy the best of our traditional cuisine, roasted lam cooked in a magnificent wood oven and also meat grilled over natural coals.
For starters we recommend, among our delicacies, our popular black sausage, our famous marinated-pickled salad. Then you can continue with our traditional white or red beans of Burgos, and top it all off with our fresh home made cheese.
ur clients can also visit our small shop where they can find typical products of the region, selected and elaborated by our skilled artisans.
